On December 3rd, 2021, at Christianity Fellowship International (CFI), we experienced a transformative moment as we held our very first Worship Episode. This event came towards the end of the COVID-19 lockdown, a period when we were cautiously reuniting to rehearse and collaborate with various teams, united in our purpose to glorify God through worship.
The Infinite Band, alongside talented producers like Gideon and the dedicated Tunje Media Team, worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. We were joined by members from Christos Rhema Church, St. Johns Church, Light the World Church, and Watoto Church, creating a beautiful tapestry of worship and community. Despite the challenges we faced, including rain that disrupted our equipment and caused us to lose recordings, our excitement for this milestone could not be extinguished.
This Worship Episode was not just an event; it was a powerful testimony of what the Lord had done in our lives. At that time, our team leader, Levson K. Tonny, was on the path to recovery after a serious accident that nearly resulted in the amputation of his right leg. The uncertainty surrounding his ability to participate weighed heavily on the team, especially since he had spent almost a year inactive. However, against all odds, the event unfolded beautifully, showcasing the strength of our faith and the divine guidance we experienced along the way.
This day was monumental, marking the casting of our vision to the world. As Levson reflected from his hospital bed, he watched the team’s live sessions and marveled at how powerfully God was working through them. It reminded him of the divine purpose that was being fulfilled, even amidst personal struggles.
As we celebrate the success of our first Worship Episode, we look forward to our next event on December 7th. Our goal is to partner with as many churches as possible to create a meaningful worship experience that glorifies Christ Jesus. This was the year the Infinite Aim Foundation vision truly took shape, turning setbacks into stepping stones.
